ARTECO CONSULTING, S.L. (hereinafter ARTECO), as the owner of this website, informs users about the processing of their personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

3. Accuracy and truthfulness of data
By submitting a form, you declare that the data provided are accurate and truthful, and you undertake to notify any changes as soon as possible. ARTECO assumes no liability arising from incorrect data provided by the user.
4. Recipients and data processors
ARTECO does not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. It may engage data processors (hosting providers, management software) who act exclusively under ARTECO's instructions and are bound by GDPR obligations.
This website uses services from Google LLC (Analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA), whose data processing is described in the Cookie Policy. Google acts as a data processor for Analytics and Tag Manager.
5. International data transfers
Google LLC services may involve transfers of data to the United States, carried out under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For more information: Google Privacy Policy.
6. Rights of data subjects
Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you have the right to:
- Access: find out what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Restriction of processing: request the suspension of processing in certain circumstances.
