Challenge: A major tourism firm in the Balearic Islands sought to enhance its offerings in the B2C channel by introducing the option of installment payment for travel packages aimed at domestic users. The goal was to facilitate travel purchases by implementing a flexible payment system that included notification management for both the entity and the customer, and considered cancellation fees based on dates. Additionally, it was required to integrate a wide range of payment providers, maintaining corporate design consistency and ensuring a coherent and satisfactory user experience.

Implemented Solution

General Description: Arteco Consulting SL developed and integrated an installment payment system within the tourism firm's B2C channel, allowing users to choose a more flexible payment method when purchasing travel packages. This solution included advanced mechanisms for notification management, consideration of cancellation fees, and compatibility with various payment providers on the website.

Technologies Used: The implementation relied on modern web technologies, ensuring seamless integration with the existing reservation system and online payment infrastructure.
