The lack of scalability, difficulties in updating data in real-time, and inefficiency in managing agricultural production processes were critical issues that needed to be addressed to improve traceability and stock control.

Implemented Solution

Overview: Arteco Consulting SL carried out the development of a comprehensive ERP, specifically designed to cover all the needs of the agri-food company. This new system was built on a modern cloud architecture, utilizing Spring Boot microservices to ensure scalability and efficiency, and React for user interfaces, offering a seamless and accessible experience for employees in the daily management of all processes.

Technologies Used: The solution relied on cutting-edge technologies such as Spring Boot for the backend, providing a solid and flexible foundation for microservices development. React was used for the frontend, leveraging its efficiency and responsiveness to create intuitive user interfaces. The selected cloud infrastructure allowed for constant scalability and availability, crucial for real-time access to information.

Key Features: The designed ERP includes more than 200 tables, exhaustively covering agricultural production processes, from planting to distribution, ensuring complete traceability and efficient stock control. Advanced functionalities were implemented, such as resource management, crop tracking, performance analysis per hectare, and automation of sales and distribution processes.

Results: The implementation of the new ERP has revolutionized the way the agri-food company manages its daily operations. It has significantly improved traceability and stock control, enabling more informed and faster decisions. Operational efficiency has increased, reducing response times and optimizing available resources. The transition to a cloud environment with Spring Boot microservices and React screens has facilitated more agile management of all agricultural production processes.
